Sunday

I stayed up a bit too late last night although I was able to chat with my beloved So which helped so much, as usual. My Ambien worked great, in fact I didn't get out of bed until well after 10am. I fell asleep praying which according to So means I prayed all night. I believe that. I had a lot to pray about. Plus I needed the sleep as it was a rough evening emotionally.

Annie stayed with me from 2am until I got up, except to go outside and potty. Then she jumped right back up on the bed beside me. I rub and love on her whenever I wake at night. Keeps my bp in check.

I'm taking it easy today. Steph has gone to Greg's house and will be home around 6pm. I will cook some dinner and enjoy my family. Tomorrow I will go to work and give my employer a good day's work, and be grateful I have a job to go to.

It is hard to not think and wonder about Ryan and what he is doing. I know that he will be OK. There are a lot of prayers going up for him. Prayer is a powerful thing, the most powerful thing in the world in my opinion. I know that God is watching over him. I will continue to pray and turn it over.

Thank all of you for your thoughts, prayers and sweet comments. It has helped me a great deal. I showed Joe yesterday's comments this morning. He read them then got up and hugged me tight. He said "faith, prayer and togetherness." I say Amen.

I'm glad that you have Annie to be there. It helps to have the cats sleeping on my back and to hear their purring. The dogs are on the floor so I'm surrounded by those who love me unconditionally. I sleep well knowing that. I am thinking about you, Ryan and all those who are still sick and suffering because of an addiction.
