Tuesday is kind of an orange color, maybe red

I know, I have no sense. But the days of the week have colors in my mind. Which makes today usually red but it feels more orange. OK, I'll stop now before you guys call the guys in white coats.

I go to my wonderful dr today. I was going to cancel the appointment because it seemed kind of silly. All they will do is look at the incision. The stitches will be removed Thursday at the surgeon's office. But I decided to keep the appointment today because the area around the cut is really red and really sore. It just doesn't seem like it should be like that. Joe agreed. I am taking a strong antibiotic twice a day faithfully (will even finish the bottle this time) but it looks infected. Maybe he and I are both wrong and that is how a healing skull should look. Goodness knows I don't have any idea. I've never had a cut on my skull before.

Meanwhile I guess I'll work. I really don't want to. I want to play on the internet instead. But alas, I have a lot to do. I went to bed too late last night. I was watching "The Bachelor." Does anyone else watch that show? Or want to admit to it? I don't know why I like it so much. People saying they fall in love after just a few weeks......that with many other competitors lurking around. And all of that kissing on TV. If I'm not careful I will just talk myself right out of watching it.

**Update** I just returned from my dr's appt. He said the scar looked infected. DUH! I got a shot in the hiney and more antibiotics. She shot hurt! The nurse told me that just about everyone this morning had to have a shot. She said "I've seen just about all of the hineys in Paducah today." Too funny. Afterward I went by my favorite Chinese restaurant and had yummy sweet & sour chicken, egg roll and ham fried rice. It made me feel better. I haven't eaten there in a year or more. It is very rudely on the wrong side of town to be convenient for me.

Colors huh? Sounds good to me, as good as any thing else to notate a day with I suppose.
You incision may still be infected, the antibiotic you are on doesn't cover all things, none do. Still take them faithfully but your doctor may want to switch you to a different one. And take all of those too!
Work, yeah I'm getting to it. Kinda...

The colors sound interesting. What is Saturday? Sunday is generally a bit blue for me because it means the weekend is over.

Syd, Saturday is red and Sunday is white.

Your daily colors don't have anything to do with the Homeland Security colors, I hope.

p.s. I'm glad you're going to be a big girl and keep your doctor's appointment.

No Bill, they have nothing to do w/the Homeland Security colors but I have a MARSRC LEVEL board in my office. We have to be alert since we are on the river nshit.

I love the color scheme..I think Mondays are black...real dark black..with demons that hide in the shadows of the blackness..ok, I think I went to far.

Girl, what did you do to your head? Apparently I need to get caught up. I'm here at work, so when I get home I'm going to sit down and get caught up on your life.

Stay healthy and take all your medicine. Talk to you soon.

Well, it's a good thing you got your head examined today. No, I did not think you were crazy - well not too crazy. Heh heh. So you got one in the hiney today huh. Every one in Paducah? That's a lot of BUTT. There is a small town out of Los Angeles whose population annually moons the Sunset Limited that goes to San Francisco. This year the sherrif did not let them - too obscene. Oh well. Butt Paducah?

There are certainly plenty of big butts in Paducah! And lots of them covered in stretch fabric. bleh
