Sophie and the glove

Steph had a bit of fun with Sophie the other night. Our girls absolutely love playing with a jersey glove. Give them a glove and they will play for hours, literally. The other night Steph decided to challenge Soph to see what she would do if the glove was placed on the blade of a ceiling fan in the living room. The results were pretty dadgum funny.

OK, I can do this. All I have to do is get right under it and jump really high. I'll get ready.

Almost ready.....

Almost......

JUMP!

IMG_9817

Well, that didn't work.

Where is that sucker anyway?

IMG_9815

Whoa! It's way up there. Well, one more try.

Dang.......foiled again. Guess I won't be playing with that glove.

Now Sissy is getting it down.

Hey Mom? Where's the love?

Steph and I laughed so hard at Sophie. She was whining and making the funniest noises. Dogs are so entertaining.

That looks like something that would happen in my house--but my dogs would forget what they were doing and fall asleep

We had a golden retriever and we used to get a glob of peanut butter on our finger. Then you stick your finger in her mouth and jam the peanut butter up into the top of her upper jaw.

It's fun watching her trying to get to the peanut butter with her tongue.

We humans can be cruel sometimes, but it's fun.

That was hilarious! I can just imagine the noises going on! By the way, thanks for being so caring during Chef's health scare. Turns out he's ok. I'm just a big old warrywart. Hope all is well.
