Christmas fun a bit early

Our family went to a Christmas party this weekend. Here is my precious Abby and her cousin McKenzie.

Then it was time for the babies to eat. I fed Mia while Beth fed Auberilla.

Mia decided she wanted the entire room's attention and started blowing bubbles through her carrots!

Did someone say they would take over? Just kidding. I had things under control.

What a mess!

Meanwhile Miss Aubriella was quite content and may I say less messy than her sister! I still think Beth was bragging about it.

We needed to be done soon because someone said Santa Claus was on his way! More to come.

Life Goes On

We have had a wonderful weekend....busy but wonderful. After receiving the news about Annie I honestly didn't know how I could get through this without losing it completely. But as it turned out it was a good weekend full of family galore!

And our Annie of course. You can see how the cancer has taken off the hair and also the pigment on her muzzle.

This would be the first of a lot of precious pictures.

This is Tough

I stopped by the vet's office today and brought the precious baby home. I could tell she wasn't feeling well. She had a look in her eye that just wasn't right. I chalked it up to what she has been through the past couple of weeks. She has had surgery twice and all kinds of medicines, not to mention at the vet's office for the past 2 nights. I was excited to get her home. Home where she could get all of the love and TLC that a sick puppy needs. Home to her sweet daddy who lies beside her and strokes her belly every night while she snoozes.

When we got home she immediately drank A LOT of water. She is on medicines that will cause thirst so that was to be expected. We were all so happy to have her home. Her sister Sophie was just an idiot. She was picking up pretties, bones and anything close by her. Twisting and doing the kidney bean dance, anything to show her happiness from her sister finally coming home.

Joe told Steph and I that he needed to talk to us. We all sat down and he started talking. It seems that today, while Steph was at school and I was at my doctor appointment Jason called Joe. The biopsy had come in. It is cancer. The name is Epitheliotropic cutaneous lymphoma.

That is about all I can type now. Jason will let us know what he finds out and we will of course do our own research too. I already know that the result of this is grave. She will not get better. Thank you friends for being there for me.
