Last post about Christmas (I promise)

I didn't mean for my posts to drag out for so many days but between working and my computer being messed up at home I have not had a chance to update anything. I did however, want to share one last thing with you about this past Christmas.

Joe and I don't get anything for each other for Christmas. Well, actually Patty was our Christmas gift, just like Annie was 8 years ago. But Stephanie always wants to get him something special. This year was no exception.

A t-shirt with Annie's pictures on it. She was with us after all on Christmas.

I was taking the pictures with tears running down my face. It was a very happy moment.

I didn't know if he was every going to stop looking at it, but that's ok. He loves Annie so much.

We had really missed her this year. But as you can see, she was under the tree, hiding, all along.

I thought he was gonna pop Steph's head off he hugged her so tight. It was priceless, kinda like Annie.

Isn't it? He has not decided if he is going to wear the shirt or have it framed in glass. He said that about the first shirt I got for him and he ended up wearing that one, still does in fact.

What a thoughtful gift! You can tell he thinks the world of it.

Now, damn you for making my eyes damp this morning. They'll probably freeze when I go outside.

Bill, damp eyes are good for the soul dear.
