When we got home Stephanie decided to bake a cake. After all, her boyfriend's birthday is the 16th of this month and she wanted to take him some cake when she went to visit Sunday. Abby was most anxious to help.
Am I doing it right Sissy?
I wonder what would happen if I tap this thing
It's just an egg. I broke one open a while ago for Sissy. For some reason she kinda jumped really fast when it landed on the table.
Oh, maybe that's why. It kinda cracked the egg. Oops!
Sorry Sissy. I cracked the egg. It's okay Abby, that is how you learn. Don't look down, you're not in trouble. In fact let's put this thing in the oven.
You're not mad?
No silly goose. Believe me, I know what it's like to get in trouble. I love you Sissy. I love you too Abby.

Cute, cute, cute!
I'll bet Abby was very proud of baking a cake.
I hope there is ice cream to go with.
I hope there was CAKE! Cute pictures of cute girl, Abbey. Happy Grandmother!
Yep-the fall weather brings out the baker in all of us girls-hehe.
I do hope your face feels better. Keep us posted on how things turn out!!
I remember the best part of helping out in the kitchen with my mother was licking the bowl after the cake batter went into the pans. I still like to do that.
