Canadian Geese .... in Kansas!
This picture doesn't show the geese that have visited us for the past 3 days very well but I am going to post it anyway because I want to and it's my blog and I will do as I see fit. Ok, well that was a bit rude but anyway.
I know before you say anything, this one is blurry but you can see the outline of them and they are so pretty. Don't ya think?

They left a big square something in the pond.

I like the blurry one the best. It's very lovely. It looks like a painting.
So, that big square something is a thingy Joe built for the stupid ducks that we once had. Their wings were clipped so as to not fly off (we didn't do it, they came that way so don't start bitching at me about it) and Joe put that out for them to get on in case a coyote or some other critter tried to get them. But they were so stupid they never got on it and the critters ended up getting them (we assume cause they disappeared one by one). We now only have decoys and the occasional natural visitor like these geese.
Yes danila you can move in, just come on over to W. Ky!!!! We'd be proud to have you. We'll even leave the light on for you....oops that was another post...sorry.
Those ducks weren't stupid; they were just untrained. Next time you need to strip naked, flap about in the water, and show them how to climb up on the square thingy. You'll probably need to do this several days in a row. Let me know in advance, and I'll take pictures of you training them so we can post them on the web.
That's probably why the previous ducks left one by one. They went looking for a naked lady to show them how to climb on the square thingy.
