I decided to take the girls out for a bit this morning since it wasn't too cold outside.
They were asniffin' and asmellin' all over the place like dogs do.
Note the spot on Annie's side. It looks just like the one we had removed a few weeks ago. We will not have this one removed. We think our baby has been through enough already.
Hi Mom!
Heh? Am I missing something over there Mom?
By golly I'll just run over there and see!
Whatcha doing Sis?
I eat, I poop. That's how it works Sophie.
Let's play!
I see a bottle!!!!
I don't want to play Sophie. I want to sniff.
How about soccer?
No? I had to explain to Sophie again that her sister isn't feeling very well. She finally looked up and saw some birds and tried to play with them.
Not really. There were birds but she didn't see them.
It really felt good to see them outside together again. It made me smile.

What terrible news about Annie. I am so sorry to hear it. But she looks like she's enjoying herself and that means a lot to her overall health. What a lucky girl she is to have such devoted parents and a dogsister and open spaces to run and play. That will surely help her too. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

I love how Sophie has such intention when going after that bottle!
OMG, when I get a boyfriend I hope Mom doesn't show all these pictures. Love them.
Good for Annie.

What a big, beautiful green place for the girls to run around in - no wonder they're so wonderfully in shape!
Glad a good time was had by all.
Smoochies!

It's nice to see them out and playing together again. Poor Annie. My heart goes out to you.
