Large Bummer Item for me

A few days ago I noticed that my x-husband was sending emails to us. At first I didn't think much of it until I received one titled "Miley does ________". I'll let your imagination fill in the blanks. I knew at that point that a virus was sending emails to all in his address book. Unfortunately he has not deleted us out of it all though he has deleted everything else about our daughter. Bastard. Oh oops. Did I just type that?

So we have a virus on our computer. Joe is taking it to the Geek doctor today. He said it should only take 2 days (crosses fingers) to get it repaired. Until then I can only post from my work computer which I prefer not to do but if I must.........I must!

Does anyone know just how frigging cold it has been in my neck of the woods for the entire new year? OMG! I have to have a space heater beside me at all times, a blanket across my legs and another space heater in the bathroom in order to be able to sit my behind on the toilet. I wear 3 shirts every day. I will be glad when we get some normal winter weather!

I will post more later, duty calls right now! Everyone have a great day!

You may want to get McAffee for your home computer. It is a virus detector and can scan for items that are infected or might infect your system.
It is cold here also.

I've heard a lot of people complain about viruses this month. I don't know what you do about them, I've had Macs both at work and at home for 25 years and I've never had one. I'm not a computer geek and I have a bad temper, I don't think I could handle stuff from someone else screwing up my precious computer, it's such an integral part of my life. I think I'm getting some true winter grumps, too. It hasn't been that cold here, but there's a fog that hangs over the Central Valley like a pall for days on end. I saw some buds on the ancient white lilac this morning, though. If it can be optimistic, I guess I can too. Wishing you warmer days and a fixed computer.

Sorry about your virus and the cold. That's one reason we moved to New Mexico.

The neat thing about the cold is having a wood fire to warm the house and soul. Hope warmer days are on the way for you. Sorry you have to deal with a virus.

I ran outside yesterday for the first time since last Wednesday. It felt like 60 degrees outside compared to last week. LOL.

Sorry about the virus. That stinks.
