Jenn tagged me for the following:

What I was doing 10 years ago:

My daughter was 5, my son was 16. I had been married to my Joe for 2 1/2 years.

I had quit working for a while in order to keep my teenage son in order. It was a definite challenge. At the same time it was a wonderful place in my life. I was finally able to relax a bit. No more work, no more stress regarding work. My husband still worked at the same place and was under a lot of stress. Stress that eventually led him to his physical retirement. If he had not retired when he did I fear he would not be with us now. It was that bad.

My list to do today:

go to work and do the best job I can

meet Joe and Stephanie for her dr's appt at 11:30am

get memory card for my new camera! whoo hoo

get new pictures tonight

Snacks that I enjoy:

popcorn (although I pick it out of my teeth for days afterwards)

chips and dip......I must admit that I rarely have this

What I would do if I won the Lottery:

First and foremost, pay off my mortgage.....what a great feeling to live in a home that is yours and yours alone

buy a new (or slightly used) vehicle for all of my four kids

set up scholarships for my 3 grand babies

Buy my brother, So a brand spanking new vehicle of his choice

Buy a new pickup truck and a Featherlight horse trailer w/living quarters

Get my darlin daughter a brand spanking new saddle and headstall

Give money to selected charities. I would have to study on this. There are so many that come to mind.

Places that I have lived:

Grew up in Paducah, Kentucky

Blue Island, Illinois

Houston, Texas

League City, Texas

Alvin, Texas

Kansas, Kentucky

I have been fortunate to have had a wonderful life. There is not much that I would change about my life.....especially now. Except I would love to have my mortgage paid off. Any offers? lol, just kidding.

Nice to learn a little more about you. I'd love to have a trailer with living quarters, too! ;)

Not to mention the "tax free gift money" every year. I think it works that way, I have never had a need to investigate that but I would love a chance!

With a billion in the bank would you build me a little studio I could live in?
